We are seeking to employ an individual who can undertake the following cleaning: -

Cleaning - general
The cleaning of designated areas and the establishment and maintenance of high standards in those areas area maintained to an acceptable level.
Floor surfaces are maintained in accordance with the requirements of the cleaning & janitorial specification.
Removal of graffiti from both internal and external surfaces.
The cleaning of internal glass and windows where required.
All exterior hard surfaces including grassed areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition, including the emptying of litter baskets, the cleaning of drains and top water gullies as required.

Classrooms:
• Empty all waste bins.
• Hoover Carpet.
• Damp cloth tables.
• Clean sinks and wet areas.

Hall:
• Sweep and mop/clean any marks off the floor.


Toilets:
• Clean pans, urinals, sink and mirrors.
• When necessary, replenish toilet rolls, hand towels and soap.
• Hoover mat areas.
• Mop floors.

Staff Room/Offices/Foyer/Staff Toilets:
• Hoover and dust.
• Polish desk tops.
• Clean pans, sinks and mirrors.

Cleaning (Weekly)
• Clean dirty marks from walls and internal door windows.

Cleaning (Holidays)
• Thorough cleaning of all areas including furniture where appropriate.
• Clean windows inside and out.
• Hall striped of old polish and re-polished (Summer Holiday).
• Any other work as agreed with the Headteacher.

Cleaning (When needed)
• Assist in cleaning the exterior of the school including cleaning windows when needed, removing leaves and litter and clearing snow.
